Starting from the 2026 academic year, students who bring a car, motorcycle, mini electric two-wheeled vehicle, or bicycle onto campus are required to apply for a vehicle permit online.
Students applying for a car permit should log in to the Vehicle Permit Application and Traffic Violation Management System through the Student Information System and complete the online application.

Fee: NT$400 per semester or NT$800 per academic year.
After receiving a notification, please collect your permit from the Military Training and Campus Security Center.
Students applying for a motorcycle or mini electric two-wheeled vehicle permit should complete the online application through the Vehicle Permit Application and Traffic Violation Management System.

Parking spaces on campus are limited. Each student may apply for only one vehicle permit. For example, if you apply for a motorcycle permit, you cannot also apply for a bicycle permit.
Vehicle permits are generally distributed during the first and second weeks of each semester. Please follow the instructions in the notification regarding permit collection.
